Weekly classes begin on January 6th and the topics will include:

The myths and truths about hypnotism.
New Years Resolutions and new results.
Stress control through focused relaxation.
How to acheive a positive self-image.
Weight management and motivation to exercise.
Self esteem and confidence.
Instant relaxation with auto-suggestion.
Self hypnosis for continued self improvement.

These classes at the YMCA are open to members and non-members.
The classes will be held on a 7 week schedule beginning on Friday, January 6th from 6PM-7PM.
