These Experiences will be at 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm (on the odd number hours).

The experience will last for 1 hour and consist of:

– Explanation of how your mind is your body’s control center where you can make adjustments to your body function and limits.
– A group hypnosis session where you will go into your control center and adjust one food preference (craving).
